Returns Policy
We specialize in preloved wedding attire. While we carefully inspect each item, some dresses may have minor flaws due to their preloved nature. These flaws are always clearly pointed out in the item's description before purchase.
We accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your dress, provided the item is in its original condition and fit for resale. Please include any original packaging, tags, or garment bags where applicable.
Please note: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. You are entitled to return goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Postage Costs: Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return postage costs.
Responsibility for Lost Items: If you choose to return an item, it is recommended to use a tracked delivery service. We accept no responsibility for items lost in transit unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Inspection Process: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for a refund.
Exceptions to the Policy: Accessories, sale items, and dresses that have been altered are non-returnable.
International Returns: If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please ensure the package is properly labeled to avoid customs delays. Any additional customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
