Cancellation Policy

Customers are responsible for collecting their gown within the agreed timeframe. The following terms apply: Collection Window: All collections must be made within the scheduled 1-hour window provided at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule your collection, please do so in advance using our online booking system. Storage Charges: Gowns not collected within 90 days of the scheduled pick-up date will incur storage charges. These fees are calculated based on the duration and space required to store the gown safely. Unclaimed Items: If a gown remains uncollected after 90 days, and no alternative arrangements have been made, it may be donated or responsibly disposed of at our discretion. No further liability will be accepted for unclaimed items beyond this period. By booking our services, you agree to adhere to this collection policy.
