Service Scope: We provide professional wedding dress cleaning services aimed at preserving the beauty and integrity of your gown. By using our services, you acknowledge that cleaning results may vary depending on the condition and fabric of the garment. Stain Removal: While we strive for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains. Some stains may be permanent due to their nature, chemical composition, or the length of time they have been present. No refunds or compensation will be issued for unsuccessful stain removal. Care and Handling: Our team exercises the highest level of care with every gown. However, due to the delicate nature of certain fabrics and embellishments, including but not limited to beadwork, sequins, lace, and appliqués, we cannot accept liability for damage that may occur during the cleaning process. Customers acknowledge and accept this risk upon submitting their gown for service. Insurance: Our services are fully insured to cover loss or irreparable damage caused by negligence. In such cases, compensation will be limited to the assessed current market value of the gown, not its original purchase price or sentimental value. Preservation Boxing: For long-term protection, we offer preservation boxing using high-quality, plain white acid-free boxes and acid-free packing materials. While this method is designed to minimize environmental damage and fabric deterioration, we do not guarantee indefinite preservation. Customers are advised to store their boxed gown in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for identifying and pointing out any stains, areas of concern, or pre-existing damage at the time of booking. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of the cleaning process and limit our ability to address specific issues. Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Customers must ensure timely drop-off and collection of their gowns. Dresses not collected within 30 days of the scheduled pick-up date may incur additional storage fees. After 90 days, unclaimed gowns may be disposed of or donated at our discretion, and no further liability will be accepted. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered. We shall not be liable for any indirect, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
